Allied Logics is a forum for programmers to work in a co-operative manner as the name says. It will not be owned or managed by a single person. Rather, all the members of Allied Logics share a collective responsibilty towards the management of this organisation. It is important to note that there are no commercial interests before Allied Logics. It is to be constituted only by persons who take computing as a thrill, a way of life and a destiny. Unlike other such organisations, Allied Logics does not publicise itself or invite membership. Membership shall be granted based on assessment of the a member by the current members. Now I would like to emphasize that all members of Allied Logics need not be programmers.

As mentioned above, we are not having any commercial interests in mind. If someone wants some help with code, or someone cannot pay a huge amount of money for developing software that he needs, then he can come to us. If the reasons are genuine, you can consider it done.

If you got the idea that this is a public service organization from reading the above, then you are badly mistaken. In fact we have acted against the public and the law too. I dont think it is necessary to conceal the fact that the first programs that we made were basically hacking tools, meant to catch the passwords out of internet cafes! After that the software called Hacker99 was a replica of Back Orifice with some modifications. So don't get any wrong ideas about the public service aspect. We are doing it because we love to do it.

At present Allied Logics has only three members, who can be found in the ABOUT US page. We are not against more members, but we are not inviting anyone. If someone is joining it has to be out of genuine interest in working with computers. As a matter of policy we share the profits and losses equally.
